Dr. Abhaynath Mishra is the CEO & Principal Consultant of Vidur HR Consultants. His passion to be a partner in growth through excellence has helped many organizations as well as individuals to raise and achieve their higher level of competence.

Dr. Mishra is Ph.D. in the area of Strategic Planning, Master of Management Studies (HR) and Bachelor in Law (LLB) and a Graduate in Coach2 Integral Business Coach Training from Leadership University, USA. He is certified Grid Trainer, Best Western International Global Quality Assurance Assessor and Global Quality Assurance Administrator, USA and Hubbard Dianetics and Scientology Auditor.

After serving leading Business Houses for 20 years in the field of Human Resources,   Dr. Mishra started consulting in the area of Human Resources from October 2003 under the banner of Vidur HR Consultants.  He has served as Vice President- Human Resources with Piramal Holdings, Reliance Webstore and Wockhardt and in Senior Management Positions with Indian Hotels. He has been a visiting Faculty in leading Business Schools for more than two decades. He has conducted many sessions in Quality Improvement Program for Faculty Members of Business Schools.

Dr. Mishra has successfully helped their business partners in setting and achieving their shared vision, values, organizational objectives and goals. He has helped organization build culture of excellence performance and innovation to achieve the desired goal and changes though organizational development and organisational behaviour processes, performance management and reward system, human resources strategy, policies, system and processes; effective communication network, operational processes and standard operating procedures. Dr. Mishra has build and enhanced competencies, leveraged team synergy in multi discipline task force, emphasized on internal career growth process, and maintained effective employee relations. He has helped his clients in setting new projects, mergers and acquisitions, as well as expansion and growth of existing organisations across industries.
