Mr.Kishore Kuvavala has been practicing LAUGHTER THERAPY since 1995.He has been conducting this every morning at any one of following places 1 Chowpatty Next Nana Nani Park 2 S.K. Patil Udhyan Charni Road 3 Priyadarshani Park Nepean Sea Rd. Timing is 6:45 A.M. On Friday at Vallabh Sadan Bhuleshwar timing at 8:00A.M.
Education Qualification : B.Sc.,L.L.B.,C.A.I.I.B.Retired As an Officer From BANK OF BARODA in 2001.He is also a Cricket Coach.

LAUGHTER THERAPY EFFECTS ON DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE BODY & MEDICAL ASPECTS

ALL THE PRACTICAL OBSERVATION AND RESEARCH ON EFFECT OF LAUGHTER ON INDIVIDUAL HAS WONDERFUL RESULT.THEY ARE AS UNDER

1 FACEAL EFFECTS: LAUGHTER IS SIMPLY A MOVEMENT OF MUSCLES OF THE FACE, PARTICULARLY OF THE LIPS WITH A PECULIAR EXPRESSION OF THE EYES, INDICATING HAPPINESS, SATISFACTION,OR DERISION AND USUALLY ATTENDED BY A SONOROUS AND INTERRUPTED EXPULSION OF AIR FROM THE LUNGS.

2) CHANT HO :  WHEN WE THROW BOTH THE HANDS IN THE FRONT CHANTING HO REPEATEDLY WILL HELP TO REMOVE  RESIDUAL AIR LYING IN THE LUNGS AND FILLING WITH FRESH AIR AND OXYGEN.
