My journey wasn’t long, but it was dynamic; it wasn’t curricular, but it was rigorous. I spent 2 years, training under Eye Yoga experts (Yoga gurus), those who have been teaching this practice and serving individuals from various parts of the country since 25-30 years, if not more. My training involved learning exercises and yoga pedagogy, nutrition for eyes, vision evaluation, numerous case studies, research , study of the eye, its disorders and much more. I have been certified in Optometry and Nutrition. Today, I run my own Eye Yoga center successfully since 4 and a half years with participants coming from all over the world and I’m proud to have supported so many individuals accomplish amazing results.
