Paulomi is a counseling Psychologist, and an experienced Psychotherapist. She has been working in the mental healthcare industry for over 6 years. She is skilled in different forms of psychotherapies and related sciences like Clinical Hypnosis, and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). She's also a trained HypnoBirthing Practitioner and a Wellness Coach. So far, she has trained more than 1000 students andProfessionalsin different cities like Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Surat and Bhubaneshwar. She also trains teens, adults, corporate and upcoming actors for Goal accomplishment, relationships, communication, stress management, behaviour change and a lot more. She caters to a diverse population and provides quality service for mental health and wellness.

HypnoBirthing

HypnoBirthing in simple terms means using Hypnosis for Childbirth. It is a child birth education program giving a lot of emphasis on the mother's mental state leading to a better and pregnancy and both experience. HypnoBirthing is a tried and aproven method that prepares a woman for a safe natural and calm birth Women are trained to birth their babies naturally with minimal medical intervention and with the gynecologists’ support

It consists of 5 sessions, each for 2-2.5 hours.
