Being on this planet earth, as a human, is a real blessing. God has been kind enough to give me a warm heart to love and care and sound brain to think rationally. I want to extend my gratitude to the Almighty by doing something purposeful for the society. My profession is helping me as a best medium to fulfill my purpose of being.

I am an educator, teacher trainer, life skill and parenting coach, writer and a proud mother.

Singing, driving, cooking and reading are some of my passions, out of which reading is my favorite investment.

Not every house has a doctor, an engineer, CA or an Advocate, but every house has one or more set of parents. Hence parenting needs special guidance and sharing of experiences, to enjoy the most beautiful journey of raising tender creation of God:' The Child'

Education remains incomplete until parents go in sync with schools for the holistic development of their children.

I conduct orientation programs and training sessions on 'Art of parenting ' for parents wherein I initiate an interaction which leads to sharing of common issues, best possible solutions, real life situations and possible practices. I have enhanced my techniques by mutual exchange of thoughts with parents.

I have conducted 500 + sessions and workshops for parents and students, which include counseling in groups and personal interaction for some specific problems.

My sessions involve real life situations with stories, facts, examples and present related data.

I am an educator and facilitator by choice and not by chance, and am passionate about teaching. Teaching is learning twice. Since last 21 years I have been mentoring students of almost all age groups from primary to graduate level.

I am presently working as Principal in a school. My students and children have been the best teachers for me and transformed me into more composed, confident and innovative teacher.

I have developed a lot of integrated activities to be conducted for students at primary and middle school level.

I have conducted more than 150 sessions and workshops for teachers at various levels. I train them on integrated syllabus, lesson planning, communication skills, innovative teaching methodologies, ethics and etiquettes, skill enhancement etc.

Every person is blessed with some inherent skills while many can be acquired during the course of time. These acquired skills can become the prominent part of personality if groomed timely. My life skill training sessions are meant for all- students, teachers, parents, corporate people, sales and marketing personals and to be married...

My writing includes short stories, poems, regular columns and articles in News papres.

I am a regular columnist for Hindustan Dainik, HT, article ' bachchey@aap ' on parenting, and Balguru, a news paper for youth.

Two of my books are going to get published soon.

One on parenting and another on child's expectations, titled ' Have you done your Home Work?'.
