Mrs. Asha Garekar

Yoga is the journey of finding true peace within the Self. My mission is to encourage people to inculcate the spirit of Yoga with the objective of ensuring a stress free lifestyle personally, professionally and emotionally. My teachings include in-depth exploration of stress factors, physical postures (Aasanas) adaptable to work and home environments, breathing exercises (Praanayaam) and meditation (Dhyaan). My teaching style is a unique synthesis of nurturing support and strong encouragement with a constant desire to inspire students to do more and better.
