Air hostess for 9 years working for Pan Am, Swiss Air, &
Kenya Airways.
Trainer for the air hostesses in Kenya Airways

Ran own school in Versova for 15 years

Learnt Ashtang yoga, hatha yoga and meditation at an ashram in India.
Teaching Siddha Yoga meditation all over India since last 15 years.

I have done a one year’s course of yoga in the Bihar school of Yoga.

I learnt \"Tibetan yoga\" in a yoga institute in the USA .

I have been teaching Tibetan yoga and meditation for stress management
