\'Yoga\' means to join. Its not only a form of physical exercise but also a science which when applied in daily life, brings harmony between Physical, Psychological, Emotional and Spiritual welbeing. There are many IMP aspects of yoga apart from Asana (the physical culturing). A more scientific approach to holistic treatment would be to include yogic practices for all aspects of existence.
